It's true, I'm obsessed. I can't help it, it's just in me to want to photograph the prettiness and joy I find in the world around me. I was created this way so I might as well rock it.

My hubby's name is Tyler. We grew up down the street from one another and have been close friends for over 20 years. I love him and cherish my life with him.

I am a mommy to two, both with tails, Myah and Bax. They bring me an over abundance of daily joy.

I'm a big time Foodie. I just love flavor and can't get enough. Bites with great texture are my favorites. I love sushi too. And interesting types of alcohol, ones that are full-bodied and come with an experience for the palate, not just the evening.

My all time favorite foods are popcorn, rice, and salad of any kind. Oh, and pumpkin pie. And sweet potato chips. And pretty much anything with Asian flavors. And pickles.

I love any little tchotchke ever painted by Jim Shore,
especially the little animals. When I see one, I need to have it because they make me smile so big.

I love floral prints and anything with a super cute, chill, and colorful vibe.

Favorite places to shop: Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Thrift Stores, ModCloth, Etsy (of course), and duh - Target.

SUNFLOWERS. Sunflowers everywhere, please.

Salt over Sugar. Always. Unless it's Talenti's Salted Caramel Gelato. That's about the only exception. But see, Salt is still found in that sentence...

Anything designed by Lauren Conrad is hard for me to say no to. It would be OK with me if she gave my house a makeover.

I love to sample and explore recipes with spices. It's hard to even have a favorite but Cinnamon and Clove totally have my heart. Ginger and Cardamom are close seconds.

If I don't have my morning coffee... Well, let's just say - I need to have my morning coffee.

I love to crochet when the weather gets cool. I make blankets and beanies and scarves and things. Sometimes I quilt, too. Sewing is just so totally cozy.

Speaking of cozy, that's my favorite word, favorite feeling, favorite style, and what I want everything in my life to be.

I love to cook. Baking is OK. I wish I was a better baker but my heart just isn't in it. Too many rules and measurements.

Succulents are the only plants I can keep alive. I try with herbs. I really don't know what my problem is because I follow the directions on the little cards but they always just turn yellow and die... Maybe I should take a gardening class.

I love Toms, Vans, and flip flops and the occasional boot in autumn, but that is only if my surroundings require shoes because I'm just not a fan of the shoe.

Yoga on the daily! And essential oils really do work wonders.

I'm proud of my brother. He's got pretty incredible musical talent and is such an awesome person.

I drive a Jeep Wrangler. If you drive one too, I'll totally wave to you. Jeep drivers who don't do the wave aren't keeping up with their end of the bargain. I mean it's the Jeep Wave.!

I want to be more like my mom. She's beautiful, strong, giving, positive, and full of hope.

Simplicity is key. The little things in life are truly what matter. I try to see each day as a new opportunity to find appreciation in small blessings and God's endless gifts.

Oh and I like, LOVE Instagram.

Real Wedding: Ashley and Brandon’s Wedding by Kirsten Smith Photography

They met at a friend’s party and Ashley decided to make pretzels and Brandon decided to help. The sparks flew, and they had their first date sampling different pretzels, and they of course had pretzels as a part of their wedding (mid-reception snack)! They love to hike together, and one day while hiking the Appalachian Trail...
